Q: Where were you born and raised?

A: I was born and raised in Melbourne, Victoria.

Q: How did where you were raised influence your healthy habits?

A: I was raised in a very health conscious family, so I think that definitely had an influence on my own health and wellness.

Q: What is one of your daily rituals?

A: One of my daily rituals at the moment is meditation and journaling. I find meditating, whether it’s 5 minutes or half an hour, a great way to drop stress and clear the mind.

Q: What are you currently working on?

A: I’m currently working on my inner self and really trying to understand the mind and how I can be my best self, through mediation, yoga or listening to a mindfulness podcast.

Q: What is one of the biggest challenges you have faced in your life career wise?

A: Career wise, I faced many challenges with figuring out what I wanted to do, but the most pressure I’ve faced has actually been within the workplace. I found it very confronting and challenging mentally, working in an office environment and dealing with constant pressures and expectations. So that’s something I’ve really had to overcome and work on.

Q: What are some ways you handle stress and pressure?

A: Ways I find that help me personally deal with pressure and stress is exercise, as this helps clear my mind, and also mediation is a big one for me. When I meditate, I usually light a candle, turn the lights off and listen to calming music or a mediation issuing the bloom app. I also love journaling and find this an amazing way to clear my mind.

Q: What is your greatest strength?

A: My greatest strength would be my ability to overcome my fears and always find motivation to seek what I want in life.

Q: What is your greatest weakness?

A: My greatest weakness would be that I take on other people’s emotions. I am easily moved by different peoples energies and moods which can affect my own.

Q: Who inspires you?

A: I am constantly inspired by my mum, sister and dad. They are all very determined people and I look to them for inspiration and motivation. Also my partner, he’s very driven and inspires me to be confident and fearless.

Q: What inspires you?

A: I am inspired by what surrounds me, by the natural environment. I am also inspired by different types of architecture and interiors, through magazines or on instagram. I actually have my own design account called the upscale, where I post all of the interiors that I love.

Q: How is sustainability a part of your life?

A: Sustainability has been something that I am constantly trying to learn about and find different ways that I can make an impact. I am an interior designer, so I love finding new materials and furniture that is made sustainably and that can have an impact on the future of our world.

A: Before the world of Covid, I used to indulge in sauna treatments. I found these amazing for detoxifying the body and clearing the mind.

A: At the moment my top 3 would be: Aveda hair care, Love Beauty and RMS beauty products, Dr. Bronnas body wash.

A: My three wellness must haves are: The Beauty Chef Gut Primer, James Wellness Tonic, another James wellness product that is yet to be released.

Q: What’s your ideal way to switch off?

A: Mediation is my ideal way to unwind and switch off before I got to sleep.

Q: What are you currently reading, watching and or listening to?

A: I’m currently obsessed with podcasts. I’m listening to about that life by India Vine, Shameless and I’m watching Ray Donavon (I can thank my sister for that, it’s amazing).

Q: Where is your favorite place to travel?

A: My favourite place to travel would be Byron bay. I love the culture up there, the energy and the beach. It’s a beautiful place.

Q: What do you eat for breakfast in the morning?
