Where were you born and raised?
How did where you were raised influence your healthy habits?
Sydney being a super health conscious city has definitely educated me to make thoughtful decisions throughout my life. Though there are stages where I have made constructive and destructive health habits living here has educated me and provided a solid foundation.
What is one of your daily rituals?
Breathing exercises in the morning. It really helps me centre myself.

What is one of the biggest challenges you have faced in your life career wise?
Whilst it is still early days I find balance is something I struggle with.
What are some ways you handle stress and pressure?
Researching, my curiosity calms me.

I feel inspired by the passion of the people I work with.
What inspires you?
Travel and art.
How is sustainability apart of your life?
I believe that sustainability isn’t about sacrifice but more about living a considered lifestyle . I’ve never been the type of person to jump onto a trend just because. My wardrobe is full of integral pieces that I have on high rotation. It’s about investing in the right pieces rather than chewing through seasonal clothing. I’ve also recently furnished my new home with upscaled and pre-loved furniture.
What is your biggest wellness indulgence?
My skin is super important to me its something that I will never say no to. I love nourishing it with facials, massages, sauna’s and products.

I like to start my day with a smoothie. My go to is; spinach, green spirulina, banana, pea protein and coconut water.
