Need a quick smoothie recipe to boost your intake of greens? We have you covered. This concoction based on the Fab 4 Smoothie by Kelly LeVeque is perfect to drink on a daily basis to feed your body a healthy dose of fats, fibres, greens and proteins.

Spinach is the hero ingredient in this recipe. This leafy green is loaded with vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K1, iron, calcium and folic acid. Some associated health benefits include supporting healthy skin, moderating blood pressure, and relieving oxidative stress.
